I did not find this an easy or always pleasant read. Start reading An Unwilling Bride on your Kindle in under a minute. I might have try and read it again and see if I like it better the second time, since I fell in love with the Company of Rogues after reading Forbidden. I wasn’t entirely sure when the love arrived between them – it wasn’t entirely clear – and the Marquess wasn’t always a sympathetic character violence towards his wife, even in extenuating circumstances, isn’t very heroic.

The blossoming of their friendship and love is sweet to watch.
